多通道電流切換矩陣模塊是一種模塊化的電流控制解決方案，支持單獨控制多路電流通道（8~128通道），可同時輸出/吸入精度可調(diào)的直流電流。通過矩陣開關(guān)架構(gòu)，用戶可配置各通道的電流值（pA至mA）、工作模式（恒流/脈沖/掃描）及通斷時序，適用于并行化測試、自動化產(chǎn)線及復雜實驗場景

多通道電流切換矩陣模塊是為要求苛刻的微弱電流（低至皮安級）和中等電流（高達100mA）信號路徑切換而設(shè)計的組件。它本身不進行電流測量，而是為靜電計（如 Keithley 6517B, 6430, 6485/6487）或源測量單元提供可靠、低噪聲、低熱電動勢（EMF）的通道擴展能力，將單臺儀表擴展為多通道自動化測試系統(tǒng)
