高溫壓電器件d33性能檢測設(shè)備采用FPGA數(shù)字技術(shù)為激振器提供穩(wěn)定的測試頻率，華測儀器基于弱信號采集技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢，設(shè)計(jì)了一款用于高溫環(huán)境下的壓電系數(shù)測試儀器，相對傳統(tǒng)的d33測量儀測量精度效果好，測量量程范圍寬，可靠性提升，操作便捷。

該儀器可以分析得出樣品壓電常數(shù)d33隨溫度變化的壓電溫譜圖，可應(yīng)用于壓電材料（壓電陶瓷、高分子）、鐵電材料以及相關(guān)器件性能的評價(jià)與測試
