可循環(huán)進行掃描測試
同時可在本地保存測試條件
2.OPEN&SHORT補償
可對應各通道的開短路補償
如若利用 LCR 的設置切換功能則需要較長的切換時間，在軟件內進行開短路補償計算，可維持高速的掃描時間
3.數(shù)據保存
掃描的數(shù)據可根據通道進行保存
